What's the difference between the st Louis and roundhouse rack?
St. Louis are the traditional spare rib with the rib tips removed, while our Round House rack is a premium baby back rib. Our Round House racks are the meatiest baby back ribs that we can find.

Yes the restaurant is open on July 4th. Round House is only closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Is the BBQ sauce served on meat only? or Can you get meat with sauce on the side?
Very lightly if any sauce on stuff like pulled pork. There are bottles of different sauces at the tables.

Ordered take out yesterday. Brisket-cold and hard, pulled pork-cold and dry, fries-stale. They didn’t give us the Mac and cheese I paid extra for, or any sauce. I have never ate inside, so I can’t rate it on that. But I will never order take out again. Had to warm up a dijorno pizza for my family for dinner. $50.00, hard earned money wasted. What a shame...

Some of the best BBQ downriver. The brisket is fantastic, but I personally recommend the slider flight for a variety of delicious meats.

Always fantastic BBQ and great sauces. My personal favorite will always be the pulled pork dinner. Decent beer selection as well.

The booths are rather deep and spacious, giving guests loads of space. The interior is darker, but it goes well with the food. I had the Ultimate Mac and Cheese with brisket. It also comes with bacon, jalapenos and cheese added as its baked again. The cheese sauce was excellent. The jalapenos were different. I would not get it with the brisket again, although the meat was soft. The Texas toast was tasty, and the side of cream corn nuggets were very satisfying. The wings were very flavorful and worked well with the wide variety of sauces offered(KC, Carolina, sweet, original and hot). We weren't fans of the round house ribs. They seemed a bit dry and did not fall off the bone. The pulled pork sandwich was fantastic. The mac and cheese was tried without jalapenos and with pulled chicken. It was very good and with original bbq sauce added was the tops. The onions rings were cooked with the fish. The food arrived fairly quickly. We would definitely try this place again.
